Online Shipping Policy

Upon placing an online order with Mountain Edge Lacrosse, we use your financial and contact information provided during your secure checkout process to promptly ship you your order. Occasionally, circumstances such as backordered items, incorrect information, or insufficient funds may delay shipment. Mountain Edge Lacrosse will make every effort to contact you and clear up any such issues.  Orders that are received before 2:00 pm (PST) will be shipped within one (1) business day for all in stock items.

Shipping and Handling Fees

A shipping and handling fee will be applied to all shipments and is based on the size and the weight of order. Mountain Edge Lacrosse typically ships via Canada Post Expedited, however, you may request alternative shipping methods.  All shipping charges are the customers sole responsibility for ALL returns and warrantiable products.

Insurance

All orders shipped by Mountain Edge Lacrosse are automatically insured at a cost of $1.00 (CDN) / $100.00 (CDN) purchased.

Return Policy

All returns and exchanges must be made within seven (7) days of original purchase date. We understand that there can be shipping delays or logistical issues that would make this difficult so please contact us first before you ship your product back to us.  Mountain Edge Lacrosse will not accept collect shipments unless pre-authorized by Management. Your original receipt must be included with the items being returned item, in its original packaging, and in an un-used condition.  NOTE:  Mountain Edge Lacrosse is not responsible for shipping charges incurred with the return of any product.  It is the customers responsibility to pay for ALL shipping charges.

Warranty Policy

Due to the nature of the game of lacrosse, warranties vary from item to item. Please contact Mountain Edge Lacrosse regarding warranty questions and we will handle each inquiry on a case by case basis.  Mountain Edge Lacrosse is not responsible for shipping charges incurred with the return of warrantiable product.  It is the customers responsibility to pay for ALL shipping charges.
